Board Of Directors

Opeyemi Enitan Moses is the Founder of the YACSO Foundation and a passionate advocate for youth empowerment, community development, and creative advocacy. A Nutritionist, Development Advocate, and Social Entrepreneur, she combines scientific expertise with grassroots action to drive sustainable impact across Africa.

She holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool, an M.Sc. in Nutrition and Rural Development from Ghent University, and a B.Sc. in Nutrition and Dietetics from FUNAAB, with academic honors.

Opeyemi has also gathered experience being the Founder of Yemigoldentouch Initiative (YGTI), a non-profit focused on nutrition, education, and SDG awareness in underserved communities, and the visionary behind Yemipoet Creation, a global poetry platform amplifying voices for social change. Through her leadership, YACSO continues to grow as a beacon for youth-led transformation and empowerment across Africa and beyond.

Frank Oyorhigbo is a multi-talented and ordained minister of the Gospel with a strong track record in teaching ministry, church administration, and youth engagement. He brings a unique blend of spiritual leadership and professional expertise to his role as a Board Member.

An accomplished author, Frank wrote National Security: The Background Check Option the first full-length book on background checks in Africa. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts from Delta State University, a Diploma in Mass Communication, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Theology from the Redeemed Christian Bible College. He is also a certified Management Consultant and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants.

Frank is a Board Member at the YACSO Foundation, a passionate philanthropist committed to youth empowerment and social impact. He continues to inspire and uplift others through every opportunity God provides.

Damilola Mary Animashawun is a Board Member at the YACSO Foundation. She is a data analyst and business strategist with a strong background in financial services, analytics, and community engagement. She has experience being the Banking Advisor at the Royal Bank of Canada.

Damilola holds a degree in Business Management from University College Leuven-Limburg (UCLL) and has pursued advanced studies in Food Technology at KU Leuven and Ghent University. Based in Calgary, Alberta, she brings together her technical expertise, client-facing experience, and passion for impact-driven work.

As a Board member of the YACSO Foundation, Damilola plays a vital role in shaping initiatives that empower youth through education, innovation, and strategic support.

Godfrey-Elvis Odianose, widely recognized by his artistic pseudonym ‘Ravhin,’ is a Multipotentialite Creative Genius. A Board Member at the YACSO Foundation, his view on creativity, as a content writer, content strategist, creative writer, screenwriter, content creator, and poet, is backed by the experiences he has encountered in the creative industry. 

He transcends as the pregnant egg in a barren hen, embodying profound creativity and poetic brilliance. Inspired by literary luminaries such as Rudy Francisco, Rupi Kaur, Billy Chapata, and Ayodele Nzinga, Ravhin co-authored the compelling poetry and prose book “Jupiter and Saturn,” available on Amazon, garnering significant attention within the Nigerian poetry community. He was also one of the prestigious 54 poets chosen to represent West and East Africa in a global anthology book titled “Black Rootedness” with some of America’s great poets. The book is currently in the White House Library, Washington, D.C

Oluwaponmile Orija Shittu, a Board Member at the YACSO Foundation, is a graduate of Food Science and Technology and the author of “The Rough Path”. A passionate advocate for women’s and girl child empowerment, she is also a writing fellow for African Liberty. With a strong background in administration, program management, and brand strategy, Oluwaponmile currently serves as a Trustee at the YACSO Foundation, supporting its mission of empowering youth and communities.

She has written for multiple newspapers, international news outlets, and websites, with a focus on public speaking, social media, and journalism. Oluwaponmile is also an active champion of Women For Liberty Africa, working to elevate women’s voices across the continent. 

Adebolanle is a multifaceted creative professional and Board Member at the YACSO Foundation. With a strong background in music, entrepreneurship, and wellness advocacy, he brings a dynamic perspective to the foundation’s mission of empowering youth and communities.

A celebrated performer, Adebolanle, known as Bhahar, was a Top 10 finalist on Nigerian Idol (2011) and the 2nd Runner-Up on Amstel Malta Showtime (2012). His creative journey includes being the lead singer on “Ongacious On-Air Cooking Show and “Sing the Song,” as well as contributing to wardrobe and costume design for MTN Project Fame’s African Week.

Beyond the stage, he is a serial entrepreneur and a passionate advocate for fashion, mental well-being, and healthy living. He continues to use creative platforms to inspire change and support the growth of young talents across Africa.

Esther is a UK-based management consultant and MBA graduate with extensive international experience across FMCG, hospitality, and other dynamic industries. A Board Member at the YACSO Foundation, she holds degrees from the University of Lagos and the University of Liverpool, combining a strong foundation in business with a global perspective on strategy and leadership.

With deep expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic problem-solving, Esther has led transformative initiatives across diverse sectors. Passionate about sustainability and innovation, she thrives in complex environments that require both analytical rigor and creative thinking.

Outside of work, Esther finds inspiration through music, particularly playing the guitar, which serves as a creative outlet and enhances her collaborative, human-centered approach to leadership.

Omotayo is a talented songwriter and music producer with a deep passion for creative expression and youth development. A Board Member at the YACSO Foundation, He brings a unique blend of artistic insight and business acumen to support the foundation’s mission.

Currently based in Germany, Omotayo also manages a prominent restaurant, demonstrating a strong background in leadership, hospitality, and entrepreneurship. With a commitment to excellence and community impact, he continues to bridge cultures through music, mentorship, and service.
